Bushkill Township Volunteer Fire, Rescue & EMS are all dispatched by Northampton County 911 Operations Center.
When you dial 911:
Stay on the phone until the dispatcher tells you to hang up
 
Stay calm, your call is being taken by a trained & certified dispatcher
 
 
 

Tell them:          what your emergency is
 
                         who you are
 
                         where is the emergency
 
                         how many people are injured
 
                         telephone number in case you get disconnected
 
 
Remember... Dispatchers are trained and they may ask you for more information. All of it is useful for us while we are enroute to the emergency
